I was refused a property 6 days after having filled out all necessary forms and paying them ‚£200 good faith deposit die to my income on my application form not being enough (even tgough they checked it on the day i paid!) they are now refusing to give me my money back so pocketed a nice little ‚£200 out of this (which is infact against the law). I am left woth no option but to pursue this matter with trading standards. Avoid them! Definately poor agents, there are much better more professional agents out there.Attached Filesnbsp;
