What agent could do to change your mind?
Tenants should not have to pay a finders fee on a property that they are leaving! They should have tried harder to find tenants to rent the property in the allotted time. We should not have lost our deposit due to their unreasonable demands.Attached Filesnbsp;

Highly unprofessional, rude & ill mannered. Only reason they are in business is due to the fact they are in Surrey. The demands of the area & like-for-like landlords are keeping them in business. Somewhere north & they would have been in administration by now....

They are friendly and dedicated at the beginning but once they have your \"holding deposit\" they are no longer helpful and when they want something, they turn into aggressive bullies (demanding things that they have no right to even ask for). Stay clear....
