We have noticed this review and find it quite a disturbing review. Upon investigation within our staff we have ascertained which tenant this is and property she rented, based upon her story about the Landlord accessing her garden etc. The property in question was an unmanaged property - as in we found the tenant, undertook references and signed the tenancy agreement then the Landlord himself had all dealings with the tenant from there on throughout the tenancy.
