This part is yet to be finalised but there is room for improvement in line with a local competitor who showed some flexibility for first time landlord with heavy mortgage. We went with RSK having bought our home 13 years ago through them. Loyalty is two way thing , we think

As we do not experience complaints from buyers and sellers we know which transaction this comment relates to. As the Agent we are sometimes put in a difficult position by our vendors instructions as was the case in this instance.
