We did propose some deductions from the deposit in relation to cleaning and repairs. The cleaning charges were initially agreed but the repair was not. As all our deposits are retained within a government recognised scheme the tenant has the opportunity to dispute any deductions. Of the £110 disputed £75 was awarded to the landlord and £35 back to the tenant. Surely this was a fair and reasonable way to resolve this matter, and we as an agent did not benefit in any way. ...

yep, i chose not to dispute the fee because i had enough of dealing with you and i had ample experience of your crap service during our stay at the property. when you wanted to collect money you were fast enough at pestering us. but when it came to getting the landlord to fix faults it was a different story. ...
