Although this was a Tender purchase and we did know from the off-set that we were to pay the seller fee of ‚£2800 plus vat it seems very high. Over 4 times what we would of expected to pay, if we were selling the house.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Just to have kept us abreast of what was happening, without us having to phone in. To have sent us the required documentation, prior to the tenant moving in, and to have managed the fees quickly and correctly.
