At the point of instruction you read and agreed our contract terms and had every chance to discuss our contract term with us.
No floorplan was requested by yourself so buyers could not see the actual layout of your property. Dear Geraint, Thank you for your comments. We do our very best to confirm proof of funds for all buyers and discuss with sellers the buyers position before we place the property under offer. Your first buyers did prove to us they had a mortgage approved however stalled their purchase for unknown reasons and then pulled out when their mortgage offer expired.
