The fees were fine. I was a little disappointed with the service of the financial advisor recommended by the agent. I was disappointed by the lawyers recommended by the agent. The agent was mediocre except for Lianne and John.

Always difficult to discuss fees for rental as the agent takes % for duration of the rental. However, having tried using an agent who only charged a fee for finding a tenant which was completely unsuccessful it was more satisfactory for me to pay an ongoing commission and have a tenant.
