Sure, I would have preferred to pay less fees, mostly as the property largely sold itself but I am aware I got one of the best deals your framework allows. I could have spent a fraction of the price to sell myself, but I am happy that I paid the premium price as all the hassle was handled by the agent.

Fees what will be but its a bit of shock on the non-refundable money this is not good as not everybody can keep paying this amount out and not get it back. I would suggest that half is paid and the other half paid once all has been done so that way people would only be losing half the money.
