The fee% was held at the same level as 3 years prior, and included insurance, and no requirement to re-use for renewal (unlike many of the high street chains). This gives landlord's more flexibility.

You get what you pay for. They charged 1.5 per cent. But they achieved a sale in three days and drove up the initial offers another ‚£25,000. So, that's ‚£9,000 in fees and they earned it and more by doing their job, well.
