"This flat was my first property and I've loved making it a home since I moved in. It needed some work when I initially viewed it but I could see how much potential it had. I love how bright and airy the flat is; even on the darkest days, there is light coming through the large windows. Despite being close to main roads, it's extremely quiet and peaceful and there is nothing better than watching South London's green parakeets fly around the communal garden. The block is well maintained and the neighbours are lovely. It's also perfectly located for commuting into central London, and having Crystal Palace park on my doorstep has been a huge benefit. I'm sad to be leaving it behind but as I move on I hope the next buyers enjoy this property as much as I have, and make some lovely memories in it."
