It is disappointing to receive a negative review on an issue which was quite clearly identified as needing attention. Having provided you with what was required prior to vacating the property, it was then necessary to instruct a cleaner to carry out the issues that had not been addressed. We wish you all the best in your new home but would advise more attention to cleaning issues when you vacate to avoid any dispute. ...
