What agent could do to change your mind?
In spite of us voicing concerns to her manager whose response was "she has 15 years experience" - her unprofessional and overbearing manner continued. Disappointed now in the company in its entirety.

‚£3,000 for doing what exactly? We provided our own photos, description AND a floorplan which she took measurements for.
