I just feel the selling fees are rather high. Other companies do offer lower prices and although I am very happy with the service I may be tempted to go for a cheaper option next time. If your prices were more competitive it may help as if I had know the cheaper prices before I would of gone with another company.

Many thanks for taking the time to fill in a review of the service you received during your referencing process, I can see it took 4 working days to complete your referencing form start to finish, that is pretty fast!
We do accept debit card, cash and credit card payments, however there is a surcharge for using credit cards so in some cases cash or debit card is more cost effective for the applicant.
