We really felt that Mollie wasn't all typical 'salesy and estate agenty' but really understood our concerns, helped explain things quickly, and always pushed for responses from others.
Our buying process had a couple of hiccups caused by the seller, things missing on the lease and being gazumped. Mollie really helped us through this process, and listened to us. It really felt like she was on our side, and that made buying the property less of a stress and hassle.
Most of all we felt that Mollie cared and that she treated us like people rather than customers.

We were really pleased with our experience working with Pedder when we sold our flat through them. Vince is friendly yet professional and is highly responsive. He has gone above and beyond his job throughout the last few months, including responding to emails whilst on holiday (really sorry Vince!).
Vince has rallied the chain, getting things moving multiple times: when things went quiet; dates were pushed back; and communication stalled. He responds quickly and is a great mediator.
