We feel it is necessary to respond your review. Although we do not feel that this is the appropriate platform for ‘tit-for-tat’ rebuttals, we very much disagree with your remarks and we have significant evidence to counter the points you have outlined in your review. Since your departure from the property, the property has not been able to be re-let due to the condition in which it was left. Hello Sam. Unfortunately, maintenance issues arise in older properties and cannot be helped. When a maintenance issue is reported to us, we then have to relay the issue to the landlord and then take the landlords instructions as to how to proceed with contractors. This process takes time. With regards to the end of your tenancy, a detailed move out inspection has been carried out and has been compared to the inventory report from when you moved into the property. Should you wish to discuss this ...
