Fees are inevitable, but in my experience of letting agents the service delivered can be very far from what is promised. What is important to me is that the services I engage my letting agent for are delivered well and Northwood Thorne have consistently met the responsibilities I have given them. I consider their fees money well spent. From experience I know a bad letting agent will cost me far more than just fees.
