I am sorry you are unhappy with the service we provided. We did sell your property, despite COVID restrictions. Considering you would not let us advertise on the internet after the first offer was accepted so we could not find alternatives when things were delayed, you refused access to parts of the property to the surveyors, you refused to communicate by phone and you refused to answer many questions of the buyers solicitors, I am very proud that we did get the sale through of this very nice ...
