High Fees in relation to the poor quality service provided. Paid £200.00 fee for an inventory report to be completed and 20 days after moving in I am still waiting for the document to review it.

Dear Lucia, We have received the confirmation of your review. The Directors cannot help but feel slightly aggrieved. You placed your holding deposit on the 21st December, the office as well as the referencing agency closed for Christmas from 22nd December 2017. We returned on the 2nd January 2018 and your referencing was completed by 3rd January 2018. We cannot see how this is deemed as anything other than prompt service by the referencing company? We do not understand how you was forced ...
