Morgan Randall seems like professional and friendly until they sell you the flat. Don't believe to the 5 star reviews: they ask the tenants to write the review before knowing well what they took. They aggressively push you to sign a contract without giving you proper information and then they just start to collect the rent and eventually to send to you threatening letters asking more money to pay, just because they wrong to read dates and payments. Quite high, but it's London and its 2016. MR deal with high spec properties, so I expect it to be representative of this and the service you get. I was happy to pay them as most serious tenants are.
