We note your comments however, we were disappointed that we were unable to sell the house but it was marketed for more money than we had valued the property and note that the other Agent sold it for less than our valuation. We did successfully sell another property for you which you make no reference to and where we kept you advised of progress through the transaction. You were happy with what we did and offered. We wish you all the best for the future. ...
