Fees were fair I'd recommend again the 2 issues were disappointing but the overall experience was good. They put my property back on market for a fair admin charge, and allowed me release on finding new tenant when I had to move for work.

Expensive fees overall which was compounded by their apathetic approach to finding tenants. I gave notice to leave and was charged a fee of £270 as it was claimed the tenant finding service fee was due.

not been as useless and train their staff to speak to people rather than talking down to them. they are meant to be providing a service for people but instead they are setting an extremely bad example for the industry!
