I feel the fees are reasonable if you can agree a 12 month let however as my tenant only signed up for 8 months, I feel it should be pro rata. Also many tenancy agreement clauses are different between a managed agreement and a let only agreement which is unnecessary.

They charge for everything, renewal of the contract ( every 6-12 mounths) £75, even after five years they want from us £500 for erly relive (2 mounth befor end of tenacy). They comming to your place,bringing people for vawing without notice, after all they live door open ...
