Amazing! The price was so much less than I expected and definitely a cost that is worth it to know that EVERYTHING is being handled by professionals! I would never have managed to do this alone. They also went above and beyond, helping me fill out forms form the solicitor and helping me sort out any other issues that wasnt even part of their job!!

Fees were fine, especially since Sunjay was kind enough to transfer the fee from one purchase to the next. The following has no bearing on the quality of the service, or size of fee, but had I known more about the overall process it would have been easier to go through the mortgage application alone (or using free advice). I think this kind of service is ideal for a (clueless) first-time buyer such as myself, but I will be considering carefully whether it's useful for me to use it again in the future.

Its good to read your comments but please remember that professionals always make things look easy. The other note to bear in mind is that using a quality broker will save you money. I have over 12,000 products to chose from - if you chose the wrong one then it will cost you money - weigh that up with paying me a fee to ensure you have a cheapest cost option for your circumstances. ...
