Fees are a bone of contention for me I think agents between them have pushed fees up to compete with each other. I honestly think that unless your house is worth in excess of ƒâ€š‚£300k fees should be about ƒâ€š‚£1200 and should not be vatable. We have bought and sold several properties over the past 20 years and have paid a small fortune in fees.
