Comment on agent fees
It's the first time that we have been charged for the actual tenancy agreement. All the landlords that we had before always paid this document. And we only paid for administration fees and reference checks.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They should take the reviews and complaints into consideration. As I can see...they have yet done so, otherwise there wouldn't have been continuous complaints and poor reviews on their products and services.
