What agent could do to change your mind?
I think the agent should take step to protect the tenant as well. In case of any dispute between the tenant and landlord, Madley should give advice to the tenant on how to solve the problem with the landlord, avoiding unnecessary dispute and deposit deduction. Also, reference check should be done on the landlord as well.

What agent could do to change your mind?
1- Inspect the flat before handover 2- Clean the flat to a high standard 3- Fix outstanding problems before handing over to the tenant 4- Promptly fix any problems that the tenant highlights without finding excuses and creating delay. 5- Have a positive attitude and caring about tenant satisfaction since this is a major part of the business that they run

Hey, my property was frauduently sold to a 'lucy ramnought' who Is extremely close to jaimie beers, there twitter accounts show photos together! The house was sold for more than my knowledge!
