Horrible Experience, Racist/discriminative people. I'm professional single lad in 40's working in reputable company. Have no financial issues. No pet. No kids. Recently moved to Louth due new Job. Horrible Experience,
Racist/discriminative people.
I'm professional single lad in 40's working in reputable company. Have no financial issues. No pet. No kids. Recently moved to Louth due new Job.
I book couple of viewing from them. Invest a lot of time since they have nice properties in good price. When I apply for any property each time they changed rules and constantly lied. Each time they claimed that regulations changed. When I checked for change of regulations with other agencies. no one was aware about it. In addition to my payslip and guarantor (whom is CEO of multi million company) they ask for bank account statements. I supply it but even in that case They told me that They cant accept me as tenant, and my guarantor. Instead of doing 6 month let, They insist for company to do 1 year let.
Each time they claimed that documents I supplied was missing or wrong etc. They don't bother to call you back about /missing wrong documents (which in reality are not missing or wrong) unless u call them and ask for specific property.
Answer alway is "it went to some one else"
DON'T WAST YOUR TIME TO GO TO VIEWINGS UNLESS YOU ARE ANGLO-SAXON LOCAL TO LOUTH

The Estate Agency we originally use to let our property out was bought out by this agency. We'll never use Lovelle again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Friendly enough while on the phone but really unhelpful and never return our phone calls or make any efforts to update us on the progress.... Read Full Review
