so you went to the other agent who was more expensive than KF , you went back to kf because they were slighlty cheaper . in fact you are a tight bastard who does not want to pay market rate fees and you spend hours on the phone with an agent trying to make them work for nothing . no thank you. you are furious they dont give discounts. try selling yours house with a board on the gate . ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have responded to our numerous calls and emails. They could have sorted out the numerous problems in the flat. They could have returned the deposit in a timely manner.

Very poor communicating. They even lost our keys after some building work. Do not trust them at all and would never rent any property through them again. When they managed the property the situation was completely hopeless. Useless workmen + very very rude on the phone....
