Whatever the landlord is paying them it's worthless.

Genuinely diabolical. The landlords are attempting to sell 9 months before the end of our fixed term tenancy and we have had non-stop nuisance emails, calls and yes, even doorbells ringing from viewings which we have not given permission for. Have been threatened that the landlord would force "vacant possession" of the house and no support from the agency to protect us. That's the tip of the iceberg. No communication between KFH staff, have had agents dodge simple questions when asked about the purpose of inspections/tests, have had to chase for communication in writing and have had to reiterate our schedules numerous times and have received viewing requests with as little as an hour's notice. Another KFH tenant has a KFH agent WALK INTO HIS WORK to ask him about a viewing. How is that acceptable? So unprofessional. When we have had issues they are not treated with any respect, consideration or urgency, and in fact compensation/fees covered is refused before even consulting with the landlord, but KFH made it appear as though the landlord had refused, so no truth to any of their statements, ever. Had a locksmith booked over a week after we reported an issue with our FRONT DOOR LOCK... stayed home all day and he didn't even show. still waiting for KFH to notice. We are breaking our lease early because of the constant harassment and disruptions and it took WEEKS of daily emails just to get this confirmation in writing -- thankfully did this because seems other reviewers have had the unfortunate problem of landlords/KFH U-turning on their promises! Watch your back! Get everything in writing and know your rights as a tenant! Definitely not a trustworthy agent, apparently their valuation on the house was one of the lowest so can only say that my dodgy landlord chose them for a quick shortsell on the house. Anyway, it's just a no for these guys. Totally unprofessional, untrustworthy and genuinely awful! Any considerate dealings/trust for this agency went out the window a long time ago. Stay away, or if you're stuck with them really really watch your back with them. Glad we'll be rid of them soon.
