Please don’t try to make yourself look good by saying you “followed your clients instructions”. She accepted our offer, things were being processed, you kept the house on the market & still accepted viewings. Yet someone comes along after us, places an offer and you decide to tell us we can’t have the house anymore!!! Absurd. ...
