I feel the fee charged is too high for the work involved in the letting and I often had to chase for updates, to receive the payment then charged twice for CP12 certificate.

I feel that the admin fee was a little high. It was either ‚£200 or 50% of a months rent (which ever was higher) I dont really see how if rent is more, how there can be more admin duties involved. It should be a fixed price.

‚£60 to renew a lease cannot be justified. Initial admin fee of half a months rent is basically 'The more you can afford the more we're going to charge' and should be a set fee. But this is a gripe at JF not Hannah.
