Im not being funny, but maybe you should have arrived on time. 1,2,6,12,15,60 you were late leave earlier to make sure you are early not late. Its a joke how agents get a bad name for incompetent individuals. They have shows like rogue traders maybe they should have ones like rogue consumers. ...
