What agent could do to change your mind?
Contact was extremely poor. It is not acceptable to be unable to contact a landlord for over 2 months, while I don't own the house, it is my home, and I should be treated with respect.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Had some level of customer service ability, not ripped us off or at least been able to justify their fees more than 'the cost is the cost', had some level of market awareness to realise their costs are disproportionate to everyone else, read any of the contracts we signed before trying to charge us for additional costs, had a basic understanding of tenancy contracts and what the term 'fixed term' means, responded to emails and calls in a timely manner, not forced us to live in a flooded house for two months (TWICE!) Disciplined the incredibly rude staff members.
