We were buying from a difficult client but James was able to keep us informed throughout and made what could have been a very tricky and stressful experience into a fluid and organised experience.
We purchased a plot of land and were first time land buyers so we were ultimately naive and ill informed prior to the purchase. James made everything so simple and even though I was working away from Norfolk for months at a time, James constantly kept me updated and was happy to liaise between the vendor and our legal team to keep the end in sight.
Every member of staff we spoke with was extremely pleasant, diligent, polite and very customer focussed. We would never consider using anybody else and it comes down to you get what you pay for! Buyer/seller beware, these guys will ensure your transaction is as smooth as a baby's bottom!

We have seen in excess of 20 properties in the past 3 weeks whilst looking for our forever home. James was by far the most professional and helpful agent that crossed our path. he was more than happy to speak with us out side of work hours and even gave up some of his personal time to show us around the property of an evening as we were struggling to get time off during the day. As soon as our house sale had completed, this agent did not want to know. I guess they had got their money. But the most disturbing thing is that the agent we were dealing with was gossiping about me to the sellers, I can believe this as she slated the sellers in return to me. i.e. I asked the agent if she would ask the seller a question, the response I got was, I can't ask that, they will shout at me. Insinuating that the sellers were nasty. A lot more occurred as well as this. I found this agent sly and cunning, and could not recommend them. More to the point I would advise you steer well clear.
