The advice we gave you about reducing the damp within the property has been sufficient to ensure this. Smaller properties often suffer from damp which needs to be managed by the person living in the property. As an estate agent we pride ourselves in our response when contacted by landlords and tenants. In this case we feel that all emails have been answered in a timely manner, and apologise if you feel this was not the case. Some years ago I asked Hurst to value my housel, their valuation was too low so I told them I wanted to get some others, imagine my surprise when I saw my property in the local paper a couple of days later and a board was put up in my garden while I was at work. Although no contract had been signed there was a lot of unpleasantness, including threatening phone calls to myself, before Trading Standards got involved. Completely unethical, I would never touch them again. ...
