Hunters were extremely helpful in helping me find a property to rent after being messed around by other local companies. Unlike other agents, they were quick to respond to my requests and nothing was too much trouble. The advice I received proved to be so valuable and they helped me step by step collecting all the necessary documents. I am now in my flat and I could not be happier! I would definitely recommend Hunters to friends.

Tommy and Dhiraj have restored my faith in letting agents, which was no mean feat !! (They have both worked at Hillingdon and Hayes, now both based at Hayes). My last experience with letting agents was an absolute nightmare, and so I was very wary of dealing with more agents. I was inclined to believe that most agents were possibly flattering, deceitful, manipulative and once they had your money, were not interested in you. Tommy and Dhiraj are respectful, polite, honest, friendly and hardworking. They communicate well and were always considerate of my wishes. They were never pushy. They made me feel important as a client.They always kept me updated on new viewings.I dealt mainly with Tommy who always made time to talk and offer helpful advice. They have always been helpful in liaising with myself and the prospective (and now) tenants. When I was meeting my new tenants at the house, before the move date,to allow them to move belongings in, Tommy said he was available, if needed, to help, on his day off ! Craig, Tommy and Dhiraj do focus on great customer service.Tommy has always been asking if I'm happy with their services. I was very happy with how the handover to the new tenants was handled. I'm also impressed that even though the service I am using is a 'let only' service, Craig and Tommy have both said that they are there for me if I need help or advice with anything. This experience with Hunters has been a million times better to my last awful experience with my last agents.I definitely recommend them and would definitely use them again if I need to in the future. Well done Hunters at Hillingdon !!
