At the risk of sounding dramatic, Haybrooks team were a friendly voice on the phone when the house sale looked a little bleak, and we certainly needed reassuring , practical advice.

When we went with this company they had someone really interested,nothing materialised surprisingl!Their valuation was way off the mark and it took 2 weeks to put a for sale sign up.It also took them 4 weeks to upload the full photos.Avoid like the... Read Full Review

I can't recommend them enough! From the moment Paula walked through our door to value our property I felt like we were being looked after by an honest & trustworthy good friend. Not only did they get us a great price for our house but also helped us through the process the whole way through, going above & beyond the call of duty - nothing was too much trouble. They handled all viewings while we were at work (which included looking after our dog during viewings in our absence, and even washed the dishes one day that we hadn't been expecting viewings because she knew I liked the kitchen to look perfect!) then when we had difficulties with the house we were buying they helped out and gave advice & support. I would definitely use them again in the future.
