A fair fee for the quality of work, be it viewings, regular catch up's (sometimes more than weekly) and liaison with buyers. A great deal of effort by the whole GP team.

Whilst not the lowest fee, it was also not the highest. Good they start at a reasonable level without going down the negotiation road that others did by starting high to then drop down. Felt it was a no nonsense approach and end of the day you get what you pay for.
