Comment on agent fees
Fees always seem a little shocking with dreaded VAT added but 1% commission compared favourably to other local agents.

Very professional service. They advised on asking price, negotiated with the buyers, and then chased up the solicitors and buyers to speed up the process for us. Kept us informed at every stage. From putting our house on the market until completion took only 4 months....
