A somewhat trigger happy review as rent has been paid once the arrears by the Tenant were reconciled. What's more, we are now involved in providing advise in designing and building out the property, so a good end to the situation. ...

Rude and arrogant. Generally unhelpful throughout tenancy. Devious wherever possible with contract - holding previous tenants responsible for bills having moved out of the property. Putting off 5 x prospective new tenants so as to keep old tenant liable....

Unfortunately, sometimes we have to deal with Tenants who don't look after the property as well as one might hope and it's never a popular outcome. Whilst this Tenant was a bad apple, the majority I am happy to report, make fantastic Tenants. ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent should have acted professionally and with courtesy throughout. His supervisor should have properly addressed my concerns rather than ignoring them too.
