We had our property on the market for over a year with another local agent and only recieved one viewing in this time. We had our property on the market for over a year with another local agent and only recieved one viewing in this time. Entwistle green called to see how we were getting on with our current agent and asked if they could come back out to us and see if they could market the property. Adele came to the property she advised on price, there fee's were alittle higher than the previous agent but we thought we would give it a try as the service we were promised seemed good. We had a view booked right away but the lady cancelled, adele called to say she would try to re-book the appointment as she was sure our property was right for the lady, sure enough the appointment was re booked and the lady bought the property at its full asking price! The property as now completed, thanks to all concerned.

After being on the market for over 12 months with 2 separate agents we decided to give Entwistle Green a try. Within 8 days of being on the market and after 5 viewings Natalie had agreed a sale on the property. Not only was this efficient work but she had also managed to obtain a figure that was over my asking price! Throughout the sale we had regular updates and the office provided us with good sound advice when needed. We have now completed on the property and are in search of a new investment we would not think twice about instructing Entwistle Green Sale in the future and will recommended them to all. I received a call following each price reduction, then Adele called me and encouraged me to put forward an offer for the property; she subsequently agreed a fair price for the property and after a swift sales process we have now completed on the property. We have since called Adele to have a look over our plans for the property; she didn't hesitate to come to the over and gave us her professional and honest opinion. We feel we have made a good investment, thanks to the team at Entwistle green Sale
