If I could give no stars, I would. Was treated appalling when attempting to rent a property from the Rossendale branch. Martin, the manager, was aggressive and rude. I would recommend anyone wishing to rent to stay well away. I’ve filed a formal complaint which reaped very little rewards and would like to warn prospective tenants of our terrible experience

Fantastic service!!! After inviting Jeanette to do a valuation on my property I felt reassured from the onset! The photographs she took really sold the property well! I was in regular contact with Andrea, I received text alerts for each viewing along with feedback from each visit. After an offer was made Nicola made regular telephone calls & emails, updating me on the progress throughout. The team really do have pride in their role and we often joked we we'd almost come together as a family by the completion date. I can't thank Rawtenstall Entwistle Green enough for their excellent professional service and for providing a wonderful positive experience!

I'm a first time buyer and can recommend the whole team. I did use the mortgage adviser and can also recommend. We arranged a viewing having to wait 5 weeks we took a surveyor along with us to view the property . We sent Andrea and claire a number of emails with numerous questions on the property asking about the extent of land available with the farm ,access to the farm , septic tank etc only a couple of questions were answered ! Our surveyor was working out costing on the property maintenance and materials. We have been in contact with the council regarding council tax and heritage England for useful information before putting an offer forward to yourselves.When my partner rang to put an offer of £400,000 cash with proof of funds available he was shocked there had been an offer already accepted and it was all going through the motions !!! we sent an email putting our offer in writing reinforcing our position and if the sale happened to fall through we would appreciate if we could be contacted.Also included in the email was, if the questions had been answered we would have consider upping our offer!! We had no acknowledgement from this email but yesterday we received an email sent to ourselves “congratulations your offer has been accepted.â€ÂWe appointed our solicitor this afternoon Fleur rang Entwistle green spoke to claire to be told our offer hadn't been accepted !! We have since rang claire asking her for you to ring us Lisa and we are still waiting !We have just made another phone call asking for names position of staff and your email address.This email address was given from another branch !! We are very disappointed with the whole situation and really upset that claire clicked the wrong button on the computer !!!! We feel the whole situation has been dealt with very unprofessional and still having the funds available will find it very difficult to buy our dream family home from yourselves in the future.

Entwistle Green had been recommended by a friend who had sold a house through them. I thought they would sell my house ( this time). I'd tried to sell it in 2011 with a local estate agent. They were pro active in their approach ,young and full of enthusiasm. As I had lived in the house for twenty years and was selling it as a widow I needed help right the way through. They did this by offering advice and positive but sensible strategies for getting it sold. They did most of the viewings for me and kept me informed of feedbacks from prospective buyers. On one occasion there was a misunderstanding about the viewing of a gentleman by himself. I'd pointed out that I was not happy to do these viewings as I was selling the house as a single lady living by herself. They fully understood. Vicky and Helen became my truly trusted sellers of my house. I would thoroughly recommend them.

We recently sold our terrace house with Entwistle Green in Rawtenstall and received a very good service. They did additional promotional work & called back previous viewers to chase the sale for us, which did result in the properties sale as it was purchased by someone that had viewed it previously who thought it would have been sold.
In retrospect they may have been a little over optimistic in their initial valuation of the property but this wouldn't stop me recommending them in the future.

Viewings were organised efficiently both by the Rawtenstall office and also by the Bury office. Feedback after viewings however, was not always forthcoming with me usually having to contact the office to obtain it. Perhaps an email could have been sent immediately as feedback was obtained from viewers or stating the current situation in relation the office trying to contact them for feedback?
Overall however, it was a positive experience which resulted in a successful sale. Many thanks.

Entwistle Green were one of three agents who priced my property. Amanda explained everything to me in detail, unlike agents from other estate agents. She was clear on pricing and what I could expect from them to market my house. My property went online straight away and sold within 10 days, which was a shock!
