By far the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I am currently purchasing a house advertised with this office and can only refer to the level of service received as abysmal. Should my review stop one person going through what we have went through with this agency it will be worth it. They never answer calls, never respond to emails, never provide updates and refuse to apologise for mis selling us a property which is still yet to go through despite our offer being made over four months ago. We only viewed no chain properties as we have first time buyers buying our property and specifically requested the view no chain properties only. They claimed to have a no chain property for sale which we thereafter viewed and continues to be advertised as sold with no on ward chain. We made an offer and only after reaching exchange of contracts where we informed this was not true the property does have a chain and entwistle refused to acknowledge this. Furthermore they continued to take viewings on the property despite us requesting this not be done and finally they have failed to correctly advise their clients resulting in their clients making decisions that no correctly informed vendor would make. An example being not exchanging contracts to protect their position when exchange is the only way to secure the sale. When I have raised issues new members of staff claim the poor service is down to them being understaffed and this therefore needs to be dealt with as currently the service provided is ridiculously poor. I would not recommend this company to a friend or stranger their services leave so much to be desired.

One of the best companies I have ever had dealings with, this mainly because they arrange things with speed and grace. My house was only on the market with Entwistle Green for 6 weeks and sold to a cash buyer for �215,000. I do know that people only take the time to write bad reviews, which means that the good stuff you never hear about. The staff are most helpful and do take time and care. They take time to gather feed back on viewings. They can be trusted with the keys to your home while your away on holiday and do take time to lock up and make safe your home. It gets on my nerves when no one ever takes the time to give these guys a good review. Many thanks Kevin.

When I called the estate agent which was bascially every day! And told them about all my repairs they just said someone will be in touch! No-one ever gets in touch, This branch in Maghull has to be the worst ever, Espically the rude man who works there all the staff are jokes, More concerned in taking your money rather than help you, You know do there jobs!

This agent is worse than useless, I put my property on the market with them 2 years ago while I worked away, in that time they only arranged 2 viewings they did not effectively market or advertise the property. On my return home I was surprised by their complete lack of action I contacted them and said I no longer wished for them to act for me, they then informed me that they could market it a bit better and advertise it a bit more if only I would give them a chance, well they have had 2 years I think that was long enough, I am involved in the property business and ENTWISTLE GREEN are the most ineffective and incompetent agent I have ever come across in over 30 years of business. Obviously this property DID NOT SELL
