Users of such media are free to use inflammatory and misleading and language when listing a complaint. Dorset Property is the antithesis of 'Cowboys'. We pride ourselves on service excellence and this has been our hallmark and the basis of our reputation for excellence for the last 35 years.
It is also a great shame you felt the need to try cause the company maximum damage without understanding the circumstances.

Comment on agent fees
Setting up the tenancy agreement was expensive and the credit checks cost were just insulting given anyone can do a credit check for free online. The "check out administration fees" just felt like a slap in the face after a year of sub standard service

We would reiterate that our tenant fees were always extremely competitive and reasonable given the time taken to reference tenants to the standards we set (and our landlords would expect) and to administer the start of a tenancy. ...
