Please can you start being transparent and honest when showing new tenants /future purchasers around the Solihull Heights development?
As you will no doubt already be aware, the conditions here remain unchanged since sign off and some of the main on-going issues outstanding are:-
Defective fire collars Rodent issues Breach of security (gates, doors intercoms not working) Inadequate lighting and regular flooding to communal areas - mainly as a result of failed drainage /guttering Unsafe basement / car park which also appears to be in breach of regulations Inadequate cladding
There are significant concerns over our freeholder's and managing agent's ethics, workmanship and conduct, so I would ask that you consider these very carefully before subjecting other people to this miserable situation for the sake of commission.

Worst possible service with lack of transparency and misguidance, specially on behalf of Dan from Sheldon Branch. We were the 1st ones to put an offer on the property that we really liked and that too on the next day. We also had our POA in house and we submitted all our financial documents to him as well. After a few days, although we almost matched the asking price and stated explicitly that we want this house, the agent informed us that he would ask the vendor and get back to us. However, as per rightmove the property was already sold. Upon confrontation, the agent confirmed that the property had been sold earlier that day. Neither he asked us to match any price increase and kept us in the misguided loop that he will talk with the vendor in-spite of the fact that he had already sold the property. Basically, he just used our offer as a leverage with a clear intention that he wouldn't sell to us, which was clearly visible. My advice would be to stay away from such kind of people, specially like Dan from Sheldon Branch where they take you for a ride, waste your precious time, don't have the right intentions which makes you lose trust and faith in the selling process of Dixons.
