Well I have to say what an amazing team at Dixons Estate Agent In Kidderminster. The staff were all amazing and when above and beyond from the first day of contact. No matter how many times I called the service was outstanding. 90% of the time I could speak to someone in the office and if a message was left on their answer machine the call was returned quickly. Advice and support was also outstanding. Well done to Lucy Giles, Christine and Laura. Keep up the amazing standards and excellent customer service. A credit to your company.

We sold our house within six weeks due to Dixons sales agent matching our house with a client who was looking for a property in our area before we had actually had it valued. We sold our house within six weeks due to Dixons sales agent matching our house with a client who was looking for a property in our area before we had actually had it valued. Hayley's tenacity and customer service meant that we did not need to have our house fully marketed. She kept both ourselves and our buyer involved through out the process. It was a case of being in the right place at the right time, but Dixon's approach helped us feel confident that the sale would happen. Their assessement of the local market was spot on.

A complete nightmare. I too, had a 10x promise card which was broken several times, when complaining was told its not valid because they Do NOT sign them.....WHY GIVE them then? A complete nightmare. I too, had a 10x promise card which was broken several times, when complaining was told its not valid because they Do NOT sign them.....WHY GIVE them then? All in all you have no customer service.The contract was 20 weeks.They did sell s.s.t.c. having had no follow up I had to telephone Dixons to be told they had done their job and sold the property. NOT BAD £3000 for sticking a board up and advertising in the paper once.The sale dropped through...After a little investigation, I found 8 properties sold nearby, all had dropped through and up for sale again...Obviously really check out proposed buyers mortgage situations out.....I forgot, that is in the 10 promises that are not valid. Now they have taken my property off the website,although there is several weeks left on contract without any notice...Where have they got all these awards from?? Everywhere I look they are nearly bottom or bottom in tables.

When we decided to sell our house we had three local agents to give us an appraisal and valuation. Out of the three we were very impressed with Dixons and the Top Ten promises they make to you in relation to the sale of your house. We really did not have to give it much thought and decided to go with Dixons. The price they valued our house at ranged by £10,000.00. We put it on the market at the higher valuation. We were under no illusions that our property would not be an easy one to sell, being a three storey, four bedroomed house with no garden. We had our house with Dixons for 16 weeks and had a total of two viewings. We reduced the price on instruction from the agent, although the two viewings did not say they felt it was overpriced. My main complaint about Dixons is that they failed on their Top Ten promises. They did not ring us every third week to discuss 'the marketing of the property'. They did not 'conduct a further visit to the property to discuss the marketing performance and agree on enhancements that may be required. The most annoying thing is that they never ever returned my calls. I just don't feel that they lived up to their big sell. I will certainly not be recommending them to any of my friends. After the contracted 16 weeks we removed it from their books.
