This agent did absolutely nothing good for us, the tenants, except leaving us on our own dealing with a rogue landlord. Property 174 Carters Lane is falling apart. Fixes and maintenance issues would be ignored for months on end; the agent didn't even bother to reply to our emails regarding... Read Full Review

This agent did absolutely nothing good for us, the tenants, except leaving us on our own dealing with a rogue landlord. Property 174 Carters Lane is falling apart. Fixes and maintenance issues would be ignored for months on end; the agent didn't even bother to reply to our emails regarding poor maintenance. And, at the end of the tenancy they (Mark, Linda, Kieran) just watched while the landlord emailed us with abusive language and threats.

More than others.......... but then a Ferrari is more than a Corsa and one is better than the other, its a service your paying for not two identical televisions.
