They have written to me explaining new systems are in place and they did all they could do!! Oh and waived the ‚£150 check out fee.

The fees would be reasonable if they protected the landlords interests as it stands I can't see what I have paid for. Would have been far better letting it myself!!!

Dear Landlord We have noted your comments and do feel that we have done what we can in the circumstances regarding the tenancy and condition of your property on the lead up to the vacation of your tenants and after the tenants vacated.
