What agent could do to change your mind?
If they would dealt with the issues in the first place in the rented property, I wouldn't been left with such a bitter taste in my mouth. Now is too late for anything. No apologies can make me feel any better for all the problems/ expenses caused for 10 months. The only time when they could get promptly in contact with me was when they wanted money.Attached Filesnbsp;

I can firstly assure you that the member of staff which you dealt with over these matters was dismissed from our company and can only apologise if you felt at times that you were not offered the high level of customer service we strive to offer.
